The "New School" ski lessons for teens aged 12 to 16 are designed for intermediate and advanced skiers who want to refine their skills and explore new challenges on the slopes. With a maximum of 12 participants per group, the lessons ensure personalized attention and a supportive environment. Set in the picturesque ski resort of See in Tirol, with 42.5 km of well-groomed slopes, the resort offers the perfect playground for experienced skiers. Featuring a variety of blue, red, and black slopes, the resort allows participants to build confidence and improve their technique in a dynamic and diverse environment.
On the first day, skiers warm up and practice their technique on the resort's most suitable slopes, getting to know their group and instructor. The second day introduces a new experience with a combination of skiing and sit-skiing, helping participants develop balance and coordination uniquely. The third day shifts focus to the Funpark, where skiers learn to ski backwards, slide on boxes, and perform 180-degree turns, improving their agility and control. Day four is all about adventure, as teens explore off-piste terrain during freeriding and receive avalanche safety training, learning essential skills for tackling challenging conditions. On the final day, participants switch from skiing to snowboarding with an introductory lesson designed for beginners, offering a fun way to wrap up the week while trying something new.
Throughout the week, the focus is on developing advanced skiing techniques, mastering steeper slopes, and building confidence in varied terrains. These lessons are ideal for teens looking to expand their skills, embrace exciting challenges, and experience the best of what See in Tirol has to offer.
