What to Expect

Begin your child’s skiing adventure with fun-filled lessons designed specifically for beginners aged 5 to 15, where they will learn essential techniques, make new friends, and enjoy an unforgettable experience on the slopes! Our group lessons, with a maximum group size of 10, ensure personalised attention from experienced instructors as your child embarks on their skiing journey. The course takes place in the picturesque resort of Kaprun, known for its family-friendly atmosphere and well-maintained slopes, making it the perfect setting for young learners to gain confidence and enjoy the thrill of skiing.

The lesson begins in the resort's dedicated kids area, where beginners are introduced to their ski equipment and learn to balance on skis. This initial phase is crucial for building a strong foundation, as it helps children understand how to control their movements on the snow. As the lesson progresses, they will be guided to practice their first turns on gentle slopes designed for beginners. These skills are fundamental for developing control and safety awareness on the slopes, ensuring that they enjoy a safe and enjoyable experience.

After mastering the basics, the young skiers will advance to slightly more challenging terrains, where they will learn to refine their technique. Please come by the ski school office the day before the first lesson or contact us, so we can arrange more details.

The meeting point may change to Kitzsteinhorn depending on snow conditions. If this applies to your booking, the ski school will contact you with further details.

Lunch Care

Lunch care is included in the price, ensuring your child is supervised during the break. Please provide them with some money for their meal, as lunch itself is not included.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Good to Know

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 5 participants

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• In cases where fewer than five participants join, the lesson duration will be adjusted to 2.5 hours, ensuring a high-quality and personalized experience tailored to the group size.
