What to Expect

These weekend kids ski lessons in Bjelasnica are designed for all levels. Located in the picturesque Dinaric Alps above Sarajevo, the Babin Do ski resort provides a dedicated area for beginners, as well as 14.3 km of slopes suitable for skiers of all abilities. The lessons are tailored to children aged 4 to 18 and take place in small groups with a maximum of 10 participants per group, ensuring individual guidance in a supportive learning environment.

For beginners, the experience starts with learning the fundamentals of skiing, including how to handle the equipment and perform their first descents on gentle slopes. These foundational skills build confidence and promote safety on the snow. Intermediate skiers work on refining their parallel turns and handling more challenging terrain, while advanced participants are guided to master advanced techniques, perfecting their style and tackling complex slopes. The program also includes fun snow games to create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

At the end of the weekend, every child receives a diploma and a small gift as a token of their progress and achievements. With transportation included from Sarajevo, parents can relax knowing their children will enjoy a seamless and enriching experience at Bjelasnica. These weekend lessons are an excellent opportunity for kids to enhance their skills while exploring the stunning alpine surroundings.

Meeting Time

We pick your kids up from your accommodation or home in Sarajevo. Please be outside 5 minutes before the arranged time. We then aim to be at the slopes at 9 am.

Pick-up

We offer a free pick-up service from your hotel or residence in Sarajevo. Simply contact us after completing your booking to arrange a pick-up location and time.

After the lesson, we will drop your kids off at your accommodation or home.

Lunch Care

During the lunch break from 11:00 to 11:30, our instructors will be happy to take care of your kids. A delicious meal is also included.

They can choose between pizza, burgers, chicken and hot dogs

Equipment Rental

If you need rental equipment, please add it to your shopping cart during the checkout process when booking.

Ski Pass

The ski pass is included in the lessons. You receive the ski pass on the first day.

Good to Know

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 5 participants

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• It is possible to switch between different skill levels during the course if a participant's abilities improve quickly
