What to Expect

These weekend snowboarding lessons in Bjelasnica are perfect for children aged 4 and older, as well as adults of all levels. Nestled in the scenic Dinaric Alps near Sarajevo, the Babin Do ski resort offers the ideal setting for snowboarders of every ability, with beginner areas and 14.3 km of slopes suited to different skill levels. Lessons are conducted in small groups of up to 10 participants, ensuring personalised attention and quality instruction.

The program kicks off with an introduction to the essentials of snowboarding, where first timers work on balance, proper stance, and smooth gliding on easy terrain. These core skills are vital for building confidence and laying the groundwork for progress. Intermediate snowboarders will enhance their turning skills, improve speed management, and become comfortable on steeper slopes. Advanced participants are challenged to refine dynamic techniques and confidently handle more demanding descents with style and precision.

Led by experienced instructors, the lessons are tailored to each participant's abilities, blending expert guidance with an engaging and supportive atmosphere. Younger children will also enjoy fun exercises and activities, making the learning experience entertaining and rewarding. To celebrate their progress, all kids receive a diploma and a small gift at the end of the course. With transportation included from Sarajevo, this program combines skill-building with the chance to explore the picturesque slopes of Bjelasnica.

Meeting Time

We pick you up from your accommodation or home in Sarajevo. Please be outside 5 minutes before the arranged time. We then aim to be at the slopes at 9 am.

Pick-up

We offer a free pick-up service from your hotel or residence in Sarajevo. Simply contact us after completing your booking to arrange a pick-up location and time.

Lunch Care

We will have lunch together at a local restaurant in the mountains from 11 to 11:30. A meal and a drink are included. You can choose between pizza, burgers, chicken, and hot dogs. Kids will be looked after by our instructors.

If you need rental equipment, please add it to your shopping cart during the checkout process when booking.

Ski Pass

The ski pass is included in the lessons. You receive the ski pass on the first day.

• Please make sure you have a snowboard, snowboard boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• It is possible to switch between different skill levels during the course if a participant's abilities improve quickly
