What to Expect

Our private ski lessons for kids in Les Gets provide the ideal setting for your little skiers to learn and progress with confidence. Whatever their level, whether they're new to skiing or already know their basics, they are looked after individually by a certified ski instructor who dedicates their full attention to them. Thanks to a tailor-made course and personalized advice, your child will make rapid and lasting progress and gain the confidence to take on slopes of increasing difficulty.

Our private lessons are available from the age of 4. Beginner skiers will take their first steps on the snow in complete safety. After learning the correct ski stance, they will be introduced to basic techniques such as snowploughing and then ski down their first blue runs. For experienced skiers, this is an opportunity to refine their techniques or discover more advanced ones, such as carving. In all cases, the instructor will adapt to your child's needs and wishes so that learning goes hand in hand with fun! It is even possible to share a private course for up to 6 people total, as long as the participants are of a similar level.

Les Gets, with its 120 km of slopes, is a fantastic playground for skiers of all levels, offering a wide range of slopes of varying difficulty. If your child is a good skier, their instructor can accompany them to explore the neighbouring ski areas of Morzine and Avoriaz. A great half-day or full-day adventure awaits!

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

The ski pass is free for children under 5 years old.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• The whole family can join the private lessons together, as long as everyone has a similar skill level

• If you would like to explore the Portes du Soleil ski area with an instructor, please book the half-day or full-day option and notify it after booking
