What to Expect

With our private ski lessons for adults in the beautiful skiing area of Megève, you get the complete attention of your private instructor and thus have the opportunity to make rapid progress. Nestled in the picturesque French Alps, Megève offers a charming blend of classic alpine beauty and modern skiing facilities. The resort features a variety of slopes, from gentle beginner areas to more challenging runs, ensuring a diverse experience for all skill levels. A highlight is the dedicated beginners area equipped with a magic carpet, making it ideal for those new to skiing.

The lesson begins with a comprehensive introduction, where your experienced instructor will assess your current skill level. For absolute beginners, the focus will be on building a strong foundation by learning how to control your speed and make your first turns. You will also become familiar with your skiing equipment, an essential step to ensure comfort and safety on the slopes. Intermediate skiers will work on refining their parallel skiing technique and gain confidence on steeper slopes.

As the lesson progresses, advanced skiers will have the opportunity to tackle more complex techniques, focusing on carving and mastering dynamic turns. Your instructor will provide personalised feedback to help you improve your style and efficiency on the snow. This offer is ideal for adults from 14 years old looking to enhance their skiing skills, whether you are just starting or aiming to perfect your technique.

Meeting Time

We meet at the bottom of the Mont D'Arbois Gondola, 5 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Parents do not need a ski pass to take their kid to the meeting point.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

• Please make sure you have skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• Depending on your skill level and the conditions, you will also have the option to go off-piste with your instructor during the private lesson.

• The whole family can join the private lessons together, as long as everyone has a similar skill level
