What to Expect

With our private snowboard lessons for all ages in Les Gets you will enjoy a tailor-made programme in which you are the centre of attention at all times. Nestled in the French Alps, Les Gets is renowned for its charming village atmosphere and stunning alpine vistas. The resort features a diverse range of slopes and a dedicated magic carpet area, ideal for absolute beginners to explore their first movements on a snowboard. This picturesque setting provides the perfect backdrop for your personalised learning experience.

Your lesson begins with a warm welcome from your experienced instructor, who will assess your current skill level and discuss your goals for the day. For beginners, the focus is on mastering basic techniques, such as balancing and making your first turns, which are essential for building confidence on the slopes. Intermediate and advanced snowboarders will refine their skills on steeper terrain, learning parallel turns and enhancing their technique for more fluid motion. This progression ensures that you are always challenged and improving.

As your skills develop, you will have the opportunity to explore the resort's varied terrain, including its dedicated snowboard area and some of the more challenging slopes. With one-on-one attention, the private lessons allow for real-time feedback and adjustments, ensuring that each session is tailored to your needs. Ideal for all ages and skill levels, these lessons are a perfect fit for anyone looking to enhance their snowboarding abilities in a supportive and scenic environment.

Meeting Time

We meet at the top of the Chavannes Gondola, 5 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Parents do not need a ski pass to take their kid to the meeting point.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

Good to Know

• Snowboard equipment not included in the lessons

• Please make sure your kid has a snowboard, snowboard boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• Please make sure you have a snowboard, snowboard boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• Depending on your skill level and the conditions, you will also have the option to go off-piste with your instructor during the private lesson.

• The whole family can join the private lessons together, as long as everyone has a similar skill level
