I highly recommend this beginner course. Our instructor, Benoît, was excellent! I have fear of speed and heights and he was super patient and helped me through the steeper slopes and edges - he really made the difference with his support. We started on the nursery slope and by the end of the course we were doing blue slopes on the mountain.
This was a great cost-effective way to have an instructor for 3 days (same price as one private lesson). Instructor was patient and gave clear instructions and guidance on technique. Group was 4/5 of us and nice to make some friends with skiers of similar ability.
Absolute value for money, the instructors were very experienced and patient)
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
The groups have a maximum of 8 participants.
We meet 15 minutes before the start of the lessons.
Yes, these lessons are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. You will start on the nursery slopes and progress from there.
The instructors are very patient and will help you overcome any fear of speed or heights.
The lessons are designed for all experience levels, from learning the basics to mastering the most advanced techniques.
