Engine running time included The daily hire price includes up to 4 hours of engine running time per day. This is normally more than enough time for a full day’s excursion to the main recommended destinations, such as the Costa Smeralda, the La Maddalena Archipelago or southern Corsica, with plenty of time for swimming breaks, relaxation and lunch at anchor or in local restaurants. The card will only be used if necessary; if there is no damage or additional charges, no charge will be made. ⸻ ️ Conditions for cruises of 2 or more days For cruises lasting 2 days or more, the following is required: • A credit card as security • An APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) equal to 30% of the total hire cost The APA is a fund intended to cover variable cruise expenses, such as: • Fuel • Mooring fees in ports other than the home port • Food & Beverage • Buoys • Any extras requested during the stay At the end of the cruise, a transparent statement will be provided with invoices for the expenses actually incurred. Any unused amount will be refunded, or, if necessary, payment of the difference will be requested. ⸻ ‍️ Crew organisation during cruises The skipper will always be present on board and, in addition to the navigation and technical management of the vessel, will assist you during your stay by helping with the organisation of your days, the choice of itineraries, bookings and the management of stops. He may also prepare simple aperitifs and assist you with your daily needs on board. It is important to note that the skipper does not perform the duties of a hostess or professional chef. Should you require a more comprehensive service — such as daily cabin turndown, daily cleaning, table service, a dedicated cook or continuous guest assistance — you may request a hostess to accompany you for the duration of the cruise. During your stay: • The captain has a private cabin completely separate from the guest areas. • There is no dedicated cabin for a hostess. Should a hostess be requested, it will therefore be necessary to arrange hotel/B&B accommodation in the port of call for the night, with re-boarding the following morning. The cost of the hostess’s board and lodging will be borne by the client.
