After a brief instruction on driving, the adventure begins! Two of you will share a sled as you glide over the snow-covered trails.

This fantastic safari takes you on a journey of 12-17 km, with a midway break to swap drivers and catch your breath. The serene beauty of the forest and the rhythmic sounds of the sled create a magical experience that you will not forget. As you glide through the Arctic wonderland, keep an eye out for the playful antics of the dogs leading the way. The midway break offers a perfect moment to switch roles and enjoy the thrill of being in control of the sled.

After the husky safari, we visit a charming husky kennel to discover more about life on the husky farm. Here, you can warm up with a hot drink and savour a sweet bite, as you listen to stories of the Arctic and the history of these incredible dogs. With winter clothing and transfers included, this tour promises an unforgettable day of excitement and discovery in the heart of the Arctic Circle.

• Meeting time: 25 minutes before the start of the activity

• Pick-up: If you wish to make use of our pick-up service, please contact us after completing the booking. From/to accommodations located 1-10 km distance from our office (from Kiilopää, Wilderness Hotel Muotka and Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort with extra charge)

• Meeting time and place will be confirmed after booking. Please arrive on time, as missing the meeting time means missing the safari, without a refund

• Husky sleds are generally shared by two adults (one driving and one riding as a passenger), with small children seated in a sled with their parents; however, solo travelers or groups with an uneven number of adults should be prepared to purchase a single driver supplement (e.g., in a group of three, two share one sled while the third drives alone)
