We meet at our office in front the port of Tarifa, 1 hour before departure. If you come by car, you will find paid parking nearby.

At least one species of cetacean will be spotted. If no cetaceans are seen, a replacement ticket will be offered on site with no expiry date. It can be used on the next available trip (subject to availability) or saved to use at any time. If orcas are not sighted, a 30% discount ticket will be issued by the provider for another occasion, also with no expiry date.
