• If bad weather forces the provider to cancel the activity, you’ll receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule

• Cell phones are allowed on the jet ski if protected (at your own risk)

• Possibility to store personal belongings at the departure point

• If a second person joins on the jet ski, a €25 fee must be paid in cash on the day of the activity.

• Please bring a valid form of identification or a photo of your ID/passport. No refunds will be issued in case of no-show or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity. Late arrivals will result in a shorter tour duration, and for shared tours, the group will depart at the scheduled time without the possibility of a refund. In case of bad weather, we will contact you to reschedule the activity. The consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the excursion is strictly prohibited.
