How to Get There

We meet at the kiosk at dock 15 in Puerto Colón, 15 minutes before departure. If you come by car, you will find free and paid parking nearby.

• It is not possible to use a wheelchair on board our catamarans, so it is important to have some mobility in order to board. Please contact us before booking and let us know your specific needs. We will confirm whether we can accommodate them

• No pets allowed

• If bad weather forces the provider to cancel the activity, you’ll receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule

• If no whales are spotted during the tour, you are welcome to join another tour on a different day at no additional cost, subject to availability

• You are allowed to bring your own snacks on board. Please do not bring anything in glass containers

• The swim stop will last at least 15 minutes

• If you are coming by car, please arrive early to allow enough time to find parking. There are only a few limited parking spaces in Puerto Colón.
