Join our ski courses in Les Menuires! Designed for beginners, intermediate, and advanced skiers aged 13 and up, our lessons ensure you are placed in a group that matches your experience. Beginners will start by getting comfortable with their equipment and making their first turns on gentle slopes, while more experienced skiers can refine their technique, tackle steeper runs, and improve their parallel skiing. Lessons are held in small groups (maximum 8 participants), allowing for individualized attention and a sense of camaraderie among skiers.

Meeting Time
We meet in front of the Oxyski flags, next to the Igloo restaurant, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.
The lessons take place on Sunday from 9:30 to 11:30, and from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 11:30.
Ski Pass
All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

What should I wear for my lessons?
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
When should I collect my equipment?
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Do I need to wear a helmet?
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Where can I buy a ski pass?
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
