If your children wants to learn how to ski or develop their skills in the stunning area of Santa Caterina Valfurva then our private half-day or full-day lessons are perfect for you! Nestled in the heart of the Italian Alps, Santa Caterina Valfurva boasts breathtaking views and a welcoming atmosphere. The resort is renowned for its well-maintained slopes and facilities, making it an ideal destination for families and skiers of all levels. Our lessons are tailored to suit both beginners and more advanced skiers, ensuring that each participant receives personalised attention.
The lesson begins with a warm welcome from your experienced ski instructor, who will introduce you to the basic techniques and safety measures essential for skiing. Beginners will learn how to handle their equipment, including skis and poles, and will practice on the gentle slopes of the resort. This foundational knowledge is crucial for building confidence on the snow. For more advanced skiers, the focus will be on refining techniques, such as parallel skiing and mastering steeper slopes. These skills are essential for navigating more challenging terrains and enhancing overall skiing proficiency.
As you progress, you will explore different areas of the resort, including the scenic Sunny Valley and the exhilarating Deborah Compagnoni slope. These locations provide a variety of experiences, from wide-open spaces perfect for practicing turns to more complex runs that test your newfound skills. The main aim is to ensure participants leave with a deeper understanding of skiing and a sense of accomplishment.
We meet at the gondola's mid-station, 5 minutes before the start of the lesson.
