The lesson is tailored for all skills and levels and can accommodate up to 6 participants, ensuring personalised attention and guidance from our experienced instructors. Beginners will start on the gentle slopes of Milez, where they will learn the basics of skiing, such as how to balance and manoeuvre on skis. These foundational skills are crucial for building confidence and ensuring safety on the slopes. Intermediate and advanced skiers will explore more challenging areas, such as the steeper slopes of Cuolm Val, to refine their parallel skiing techniques and tackle more demanding terrains.
Throughout the lesson, participants will also become familiar with their equipment, learning how to properly use and adjust it for maximum comfort and performance. You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.

You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson.
