What to expect

If your kids would like to learn or improve skiing in a safe and fun environment, these ski lessons for kids aged 4 to 12 in beautiful Obereggen are ideal. Nestled in the heart of the Dolomites, Obereggen is a captivating ski resort known for its stunning landscapes and family-friendly atmosphere. The resort features a dedicated kids area with a magic carpet, providing a safe and enjoyable space for beginners to practice. Obereggen’s gentle slopes and welcoming environment make it an excellent destination for children to build their confidence on skis.

The lessons are perfect for any level as groups are divided based on the children's skiing skills. For beginners, the focus is on learning the basics of skiing, such as understanding the equipment, and making their first turns. These foundational skills are crucial for developing balance and coordination. For intermediate skiers, the lessons focus on refining techniques, mastering parallel skiing, and tackling slightly steeper slopes to boost their confidence and control. Advanced skiers have the opportunity to enhance their skills by learning how to navigate more challenging terrain, further improving their precision and agility.

Group formation

• It is possible to switch between different skill levels during the course if a participant's abilities improve quickly.

Check-in

• We kindly ask you to pass by our office (Obereggen valley station, Obereggen Street 16F) one day before the course starts to pick up your ticket.

Meeting time

• We meet at the booked time.

Getting there

• Parents do not need a ski pass to take their kid to the meeting point.

Lunchtime care

• Our instructors take care of the children during the lunch break.

Meal

• The meal (a delicious meal) is included in the price.

Additional information

Lunch care and meal are provided on Thursdays, except for the Christmas and the Carnival periods.

If you have food restrictions or allergies, please contact the ski school in advance, so we can arrange a meal according to your diet.

Equipment

• You need to bring your own equipment.

Ski pass

• All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. It's not included in the price.

Lesson organization

• Please note that the lessons only take place with a minimum of 3 participants.

Extra information

The maximum group size is 8 participants per group.

Please make sure your kid has a helmet at the start of the lesson.
