At our kids' area on Alp Trida (next to the Milo lift N3)
Join our kids ski lessons, ideal for children between 3 and 14 years of all levels, in the beautiful Samnaun area. Nestled amidst the stunning Swiss Alps, Samnaun is known for its family-friendly slopes and excellent ski facilities offering a perfect environment for young learners. The Kinderland, a specially designed area for beginners, and a variety of slopes cater to both beginners and more advanced skiers.
Our ski lessons take place in BOBO’s Kinder-Club at the Schneesportschule Samnaun, where children are introduced to the joys of skiing in a playful manner accompanied by the beloved penguin BOBO. Children are grouped according to their skill level to maximise their time on the snow. With a maximum group size of 9 participants, each child receives personalised attention, making their skiing experience enjoyable and memorable. If a child finds themselves in a mismatched group, our experienced instructors facilitate an easy transition to a more suitable group.
For first-timers, the course begins with familiarisation with the equipment, where kids learn the basics of skiing, such as balancing and making their first turns. These foundational skills are crucial for building confidence and ensuring safety on the slopes. More advanced skiers will work on improving their technique and learning how to navigate through varied terrain. Towards the end of the week, the excitement culminates in the kids' ski race, a fun and rewarding challenge that allows young skiers to showcase their newfound skills.
We meet at our Kinderland on Alp Trida (next to the Milo lift N3), 15 minutes before the start of the lesson. To reach the meeting point, take the double-decker gondola (L1) from Samnaun-Ravaisch to the mountain station (Alptrider Sattel). Following this, you can ski down via Piste 69 to Alp Trida. The piste is classified as blue, but it has a steeper section at the end. Instead of using this piste, you can also take the Alp Trider Sattelbahn chairlift (N6) to get to the meeting point.
Your children can be supervised by the instructors during the lunch break (meal and lunch supervision). If you are interested, please contact the ski school before the course starts.
Please be aware that you need a ski pass to take your kid to the meeting point.
Children up to 10 years old do not need to pay for a ski pass for the lessons, but they must collect a ticket in advance at the ticket office. Children aged 11 and over require a ski pass, which can be purchased at the lift station before the lesson begins.
