Entrust us your little ones and watch their quick progress on skis. Our specially designed kids ski lessons in Sierra Nevada are open to all ski enthusiasts from the age of 3 to 6 and of all levels. Nestled in the stunning mountains of southern Spain, the Sierra Nevada resort offers a vibrant mix of gentle slopes and more challenging terrains, making it an ideal location for young skiers to learn. Here, your children will be introduced to the foundational skills of skiing, such as balancing and gliding, within our dedicated kids area. This area is tailored to ensure a safe and fun environment where they can enjoy their first experiences on the snow. The group sizes are kept small, with 3 to 7 kids per instructor, ensuring each child receives ample attention and guidance.
The lesson spans approximately 4 hours, during which children will progress to learning how to make their first turns, a crucial skill for navigating the slopes. As they become more confident, they will practice stopping and controlling their speed, which are essential for safe skiing. Our experienced instructors focus on making the lessons enjoyable and engaging, using fun games and exercises to instill confidence in the young skiers. All necessary equipment, including skis, poles, boots, and helmets, is provided, so parents can rest easy knowing their children are well-equipped and safe. By the end of the lesson, children will have gained a sense of independence and achievement on the snow, setting a strong foundation for their skiing adventures.
We meet at our meeting point at the top station of the cable car, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.
It includes the morning lift ride with the instructor from our ski shop up to the top station of the cable car; parents will then need to pick their children up at the top station after the lesson.
In the afternoon, it works the other way around: children meet the instructor at the top station for the descent, and parents pick them up later at our ski shop.
If you book including equipment, you can pick it up at at our ski shop. We recommend picking up your equipment at least 90 minutes before the start of the lessons.
Equipment (skis, boots and helmet) is included in the price
