If you want to learn how to ski in the beautiful setting of Monte Pora, then our adults ski lessons are perfect for you! Nestled in the heart of the Italian Alps, Monte Pora is renowned for its stunning panoramic views and well-groomed slopes. The resort offers a variety of facilities, including cosy lodges and cafes, making it an ideal location for both relaxation and skiing. During the lesson, you will start by getting familiar with your ski equipment, ensuring you have a comfortable fit and understanding of the basics. This foundation is crucial for building confidence on the snow.
In the initial phase, our experienced ski instructors will guide you through the basics of skiing. You will learn how to balance and coordinate your movements, which are essential skills for maintaining control on the slopes. As the lesson progresses, you will practice your first turns on gentle slopes, gaining confidence in your ability to navigate the terrain. These early skills are vital in preparing you for more advanced techniques.
Towards the end of the lesson, you will have the opportunity to explore some of Monte Pora's scenic slopes, putting your new skills to the test. The focus will be on refining your turning technique and learning to stop safely, which are key elements in skiing. Our lessons, held every Sunday afternoon, are designed for absolute beginners aged 17 and over. Enjoy the camaraderie of learning in a group setting, whilst taking in the breathtaking beauty of Monte Pora.
We meet at the mountain station of the Termen chairlift, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.
In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.
