A private ski lesson is the best way for kids to learn how to ski with the help of a professional instructor. Nestled in the scenic Aosta Valley, La Thuile ski resort offers a family-friendly environment, ideal for first-time skiers. The area is renowned for its gentle slopes and wide-open spaces, perfect for young beginners to get a feel for the snow. The resort also features a magic carpet, specifically designed to help little beginner skiers safely navigate their first rides up the hill.
Our private ski lessons in La Thuile are tailored for kids aged 3-12 that have none or little skiing experience, so first timers are also welcome. During these lessons, your child will receive the full attention of our professional instructor, ensuring a personalised approach that focuses on each child's individual needs. Skills such as basic balance techniques, using ski equipment, and making their first turns will be taught in a fun and engaging way. These foundational skills are crucial for developing confidence and coordination on the slopes.
Your kid can join alone for a one-on-one session or even with their own private group, with a maximum of 6 people per group to guarantee a good quality of teaching. This setting allows for interactive learning and peer encouragement, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. Whether your child is ready to take on the gentle slopes of La Thuile alone or with friends, they will leave the lesson with newfound skills and a love for skiing.
We meet in front of the bar "La Buvette", 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.
All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.
