If you want to learn how to ski or work on your technique, our adult ski lessons are the perfect choice. Designed for participants above 15 years of all levels—from absolute beginners to advanced skiers—our courses take place in the beautiful Sonnleitn ski resort. This resort is known for its stunning alpine views and excellent facilities, making it an ideal location for both learning and enjoying the sport. With small groups of maximum 6 adults, we guarantee personalized coaching, maximize safety, and ensure a highly effective and sociable learning experience.
For beginners, the lesson begins with an introduction to the fundamentals on the gentle nursery slopes. You will master the basics of skiing, such as how to balance, control your speed, and safely stop. This foundational skill is crucial for building confidence. Instructors use clear, structured techniques to quickly enhance your confidence on the piste. You will soon be guided through your first turns, learning to navigate the slopes with ease.
For advanced skiers, the focus shifts to refining your technique, mastering carving turns, conquering steeper slopes, and perfecting parallel skiing. These advanced skills are essential for confidently tackling more challenging terrain and varied snow conditions. The lessons are meticulously divided into different skill levels, ensuring every participant can find the right course to meet their goals. The emphasis is always on effective learning, enjoying the process, and fostering a passion for the sport that will last a lifetime.
On the first day of the course we meet at the meeting point in the beginners' area next to the ski school office (for beginners) or at the agreed meeting point (for advanced skiers) at least 30 minutes before the start of the course. Groups will be allocated on site.
On the other days, we meet 15 minutes before the start of the lessons at the meeting point.
First-timers do not need a ski pass for the first day of the lessons. The instructor will advise you when to buy the ski pass.
