Our snowboarding lessons are the perfect choice if you want to learn how to snowboard or improve your technique. Designed for kids aged 8 and up and adults of all levels—from absolute beginners to advanced riders—our courses take place in the beautiful Sonnleitn ski resort. This resort is known for its stunning alpine views and excellent facilities, making it an ideal location for both learning and enjoying the sport. We operate with small groups of maximum 8 participants to guarantee personalized coaching, maximize safety, and ensure a highly effective and sociable learning experience. Our experienced and specially trained instructors ensure that each rider receives individual attention within a focused and encouraging environment.
For beginners, the lesson begins with an introduction to the fundamentals on the gentle nursery slopes. You will master the basics of snowboarding, such as how to balance and glide, controlling your edge and speed, and learning to safely stop. This foundational skill is crucial for building confidence. Instructors use clear, structured techniques to quickly enhance your confidence on the piste. You will soon be guided through your first slides and turns, learning to navigate the slopes with ease.
For advanced snowboarders, the focus shifts to more specialized skills, including refining your technique and turning precision, mastering challenging slopes, and learning new tricks in the designated snowpark. You will also learn to safely enjoy off-piste terrain where conditions allow. The lessons are meticulously divided into different skill levels, ensuring every participant—whether a novice or an experienced rider—can find the right course to meet their goals. The emphasis is always on effective learning, enjoying the process, and fostering a passion for the sport that will last.
On the first day of the lessons, we meet latest 30 minutes before the start of the lessons at the meeting place in the kids area next to our ski school office (for beginners) or at the arranged meeting place (experienced skiers). Groups will be allocated on site.
