What to Expect

If your child, aged 6 to 12, is ready to take their skiing to the next level, our Team Rider lessons at La Plagne Bellecôte are perfect for them! Nestled in the beautiful French Alps, La Plagne Bellecôte offers stunning views and a variety of slopes that are ideal for young skiers looking to improve their skills in a safe and inspiring environment.

Our Team Rider lessons are designed for young skiers who want to progress and gain confidence on the slopes. Each lesson begins with a warm-up on wide, gentle runs, allowing instructors to assess each child’s technique and tailor guidance to their needs. The group then explores more challenging slopes, learning to adapt to different snow conditions and develop a solid understanding of mountain safety.

Throughout the lessons, participants will practice advanced skiing techniques, refine their turns, and gain greater control and agility on the slopes. They also explore disciplines such as freestyle, freeride and competition skiing, developing versatility, technique and confidence across different styles of skiing. Led by experienced instructors, the sessions focus on skill development, confidence building, and fostering a love for the mountains. By the end of the program, children not only improve their skiing but also share a fun and rewarding alpine adventure with their peers.

Meeting Time

We meet at our ESF school in La Plagne Tarentaise, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

• Minimum age: 6 years

• Skiing experience is mandatory to participate in this activity

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet
