What to Expect

Give your child the best experience on the slopes with our children's group ski lessons in Mittenwald, designed for all skill levels and taught in small groups for maximum learning success. Nestled in the picturesque setting of Staubi's Mittenwald, this alpine resort offers a splendid blend of natural beauty and modern facilities. With its expansive kinderland, the resort is perfectly suited for young skiers to begin their skiing adventures in a safe and nurturing environment.

The lessons are tailored to each child's skill level, whether they are a beginner trying skiing for the first time or an advanced skier attempting their first parallel turns. In groups of 5-8 children, your child will start by becoming familiar with their equipment, learning the essentials of braking and making their first turns. These fundamental skills are crucial for building confidence and ensuring safety on the slopes. As they progress, the focus will shift to refining their technique, mastering plough turns, and eventually navigating blue and red slopes with ease.

The courses are conducted in a motivating atmosphere that fosters learning and development, with individual feedback provided by our expert instructors to enhance each child's performance. The methodical approach in teaching technique ensures that every child receives the attention they need to improve, making this a memorable and rewarding experience on the snow-covered slopes of Staubi's Mittenwald.

Meeting Time

We meet at the Bergbahnen Oberperfuss Rangger Köpfl valley station, 30 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

Parents do not need a ski pass to take their kid to the meeting point.

In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance.

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure your kid has skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• It is possible to switch between different skill levels during the course if a participant's abilities improve quickly

• The maximum group size is 5-8 participants per group
