Agay (Camping Paradis, 935 Av. du Gratadis, Agay, 83530 Saint-Raphaël)
Discover the Estérel from the sea on this guided half-day kayak tour, setting out from Agay into one of the most beautiful stretches of the Var coastline. Under the eye of a qualified sea guide, you'll paddle along dramatic red porphyry cliffs that plunge straight into deep blue water, threading past tiny coves that can only be reached by kayak or by swimming.
Your guide adapts the route to the day's conditions to keep the paddle comfortable and safe whatever the swell - so every departure makes the most of the sea and the light. Along the way you'll glide past hidden inlets, sheer rock faces, and some of the wildest, best-preserved corners of the massif.
The highlight of the outing is the swim-and-snorkel break: the water here is astonishingly clear, and with the mask and snorkel provided you'll spot the seabed teeming with fish, crabs, and marine life. It's a chance to slow down, cool off, and float in near-empty waters before paddling back.
Suitable from age 10 and open to all levels, this is the perfect way to experience the Estérel massif from a perspective you simply can't get from land. Two-person kayaks are available, making it a great option for families and friends.
