What to Expect

If your little one wants to try skiing in a safe and fun environment, these morning taster lessons for kids aged 3 to 5 are ideal to get a first taste of the world of skiing. Nestled in the picturesque Alps, the Flachau ski resort offers a charming setting with modern facilities, including a dedicated kids area complete with a magic carpet and a range of learning materials. The resort is known for its friendly ski instructors who are experienced in using kids-friendly methods to make the learning process enjoyable for the youngest skiers.

These lessons are a delightful blend of games and learning, where children will take their first steps on skis and become familiar with their equipment. The instructors focus on helping the kids to try their first turns on gentle slopes, which is crucial for building confidence and control. With a maximum of 12 kids per group, each child receives ample attention, ensuring a supportive and engaging experience.

The aim is to open doors to the world of skiing for your kid, instilling a sense of achievement and the joy of skiing. The combination of play and instruction not only helps in skill development but also creates lasting memories. Meeting Time

We meet at the practice area below the Starjet 1 valley station, by the container with the ski school name, 45 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

Parents do not need a ski pass to take their kid to the meeting point.

A ski pass is not required for the taster course

• Minimum age: 3 years

• Experience is not required

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please note that the course only takes place with a minimum of 4 participants

• The maximum group size is 12 participants per group

• All lessons are available in German, English and Dutch. Upon request, more languages are available.
