What to Expect

Whether you are new to the sport or looking to perfect your stride, our private cross-country ski lessons for kids and adults are designed to meet your personal goals and skill level, ensuring focused and effective learning. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Alps, the Flachau area boasts well-maintained trails for cross-country skiing, providing an ideal setting for both novices and seasoned skiers.

For beginners, the lesson starts with building a strong foundation by focusing on fundamental movements like balance and weight transfer, which are crucial for a smooth glide. You will swiftly learn to move with ease and rhythm, whether you are mastering the classic diagonal stride within the set tracks or the quicker skating push-off on the open surface. For those with prior experience, our lessons progress to more advanced techniques, where you will refine your skills, optimize energy expenditure, and master strategies for varied slopes and long distances. These steps are essential for building the stamina and proficiency needed to conquer the full trail system confidently.

You will have the choice of one-on-one coaching or joining a small private group, limited to a maximum of 12 participants per instructor, ensuring customized attention. Scheduling is fully flexible, allowing you to arrange lesson times that fit your holiday perfectly, making your training both effective and enjoyable.

Meeting Time

We meet at the practice area below the Starjet 1 valley station, by the container with the ski school name, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Lunch Care

For full-day lessons, our instructors are happy to have lunch with your children during the break. This service must be booked on-site.

Ski Pass

Parents do not need a ski pass to take their kid to the meeting point.
