I had beginner classes with Louis he was brilliant. What I really appreciate about Ski Cool was that they really care if you are in the correct class for your ability. They were really helpful answering my questions online before the trip to ease my mind, then after my first day of classes they called to say I should be moved up a class to better match my ability. They didn’t have room in their ski school for the last minute change, so they let me know that they contacted another ski school for me to join who seamlessly picked me up and I was with them for the week who were also great. I massively appreciated how Ski Cool put me first even if it meant finding another instructor for me, it’s really rare and I couldn’t recommend Ski Cool enough! Louis was great thanks so much.

All four of us took part in lessons with Ski Cool and had a brilliant experience. Three of us were in an intermediate group, with my wife Sandra in the beginners class, and everyone came away really happy with the level of instruction and overall atmosphere. Our instructor, Tom, was outstanding, funny, encouraging, and very attentive to the group. He struck the perfect balance between praise when things went well and clear coaching when we needed guidance. Even when the weather turned to white-out conditions, he adapted the lessons, introducing new skills and using small, safe areas between pistes to keep learning progressing. He also took time to show us how to recover properly after coming off skis in deep snow, which was incredibly useful and confidence-building. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him.
