This extensive rafting tour with a lot of exciting parts is well suited for everyone looking for an adventure. Massive waves and powerful flushes of water, as well as interesting paddling passages, await you on the Salzach River. Accompanied by one of our state-certified guides you will be supported and your safety is always taken care of.
Tour programme Preparation At first we’ll meet up at our base in Zell am See. If you arrive by car, free parking is available directly at the meeting point. From there we will take you right to the Salzach river. There you’ll receive your equipment and an extensive safety-talk from one of our guides. Tour Let the fun begin! You’ll navigate along the Salzach river through the miraculous landscape of Salzburg before getting back on land at the point of exit. Arrival From there you will be transferred back to Zell am See.
Tour facts - River: Salzach (Difficulty level: Level III) - Description: Experience 12km of whitewater fun, characterized by high waves and rollers, massive swells and interesting paddle passages. - Distance: 12 km - Total duration: appr. 4 hours - Rafting duration (time on river): appr. 1:30
Included services - Transfer to the point of entry and back to the base - State-certified rafting guide - High class rafts - Complete whitewater equipment (Wetsuits sizes: XXS-XXL; Shoes: 34-48) - Rafting certificate
