What to Expect

If your children want to learn how to ski in the beautiful Zillertal, our kids' ski lessons for first-timers in Zell am Ziller is the right choice. The course is suitable for children aged 5 to 14 years who have never stood on skis before or have little experience and do not feel confident on the slopes yet.

Our specially trained and certified kids ski instructors teach your children how to ski with lots of fun and games. The children are divided into small groups, so they get the attention they need from their ski instructor. In addition, the groups are created to match the level and age of your children. With this division and attention from the instructor, the ski course is guaranteed to be a success.

In the beginning, the children learn the basics of skiing, such as how to ski in a plough or schussing, as well as how to brake. With further exercises, they are brought closer to winter sports step by step and after a short time, they can master their first blue runs in plough. In addition to the ski course, our team organizes many other activities to give the children an unforgettable holiday. So there is a children's ski race, a children's disco, a balloon launch and much more. These are the highlights of the week that always give the kids great pleasure.

Meeting Time

On the first day of the course, the kids' ski lessons in Zell am Ziller begin 30 minutes before the course starts. The children are then divided into suitable groups. The meeting point is the assembly point at the Rosenalm mountain station. After the children have been divided into groups, the actual course starts.

Lunch Care

We kindly ask all parents whose children are not registered for lunch care to pick up their child at the Rosenalm meeting point by 12:00 PM and bring them back at 1:00 PM for the afternoon session. To ensure we maintain our high safety standards, please remember to check your child in and out with the ski instructor.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office before the first lesson.

Good to Know

• Please note that if the minimum number of 3 participants is not reached, the group lesson will be changed into a private one and the duration of the lesson might slightly be reduced.
