The cross-country skiing course with Rolf at the Active Snow Team in Engelberg was very informative and professionally structured. He conveyed his extensive knowledge in an easy-to-understand way and is extremely knowledgeable about the movements involved in cross-country skiing. The video analysis was particularly helpful, allowing us to specifically examine my skiing technique, which I can now improve with practice. Highly recommended!
