At the mountain station of the Finkenberger Almbahnen - at Penkenjochhaus (Lift exit left) (Penkenberg 629, 6292 Finkenberg)
Learn to ski with fun in small groups. With us the groups of maximum 8 participants are formed according to the performance levels of the participants. In this way, we ensure an individual and as efficient as possible learning progress. Of course, there is no shortage of fun, and our instructors do not only provide the right learning objectives but also the necessary fun.
Our state-certified ski instructors will ensure that your first skiing experience is as smooth as possible. In order to be perfectly prepared for the slopes, we offer you the right ski equipment.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Sunny Ski School!
New Year day: There will be no lessons on the 1st of January.
We meet at the booked time.
We meet at 09.55 am at the meeting point. If it is not possible for parents to bring their children up to the mountain, we offer the option to drop them at the bottom station of the Finkenberger Almbahn at 9:15 am. In this case, a skiing instructor will accompany them to the assembly.
Our instructors take care of the children during the lunch break.
It is possible to book the meal directly with the ski school at a cost of €17 per day and child to be paid on site.
The lunch break is from 12 to 1 pm.
The equipment is included in the price.
Skis and poles
Boots
You can pick up your equipment at the office of the ski school (Persal 209, 6292 Finkenberg).
The day before the lesson, you have the possibility to pick up your equipment until 6.00 pm.
All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. It's not included in the price.
Only kids under 6 years old don't need a ski pass for the lessons.
Very well organized and very lovely ski instructors.
Great teachers and excellent organization!
My little one, a beginner, was already skiing down the blue slope on her second day. She was much further along than my older daughter in Sölden after two years of ski school.
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
The groups consist of a maximum of 8 participants.
Lunch is not included. However, it is possible to book a meal for €17 per day and child on site.
The meeting time is at 9:55 am. If you cannot bring your children up the mountain, you can also drop them off at the bottom station of the Finkenberger Almbahn at 9:15 am. A ski instructor will then accompany them to the meeting point.
All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. Only kids under 6 years old don't need a ski pass.
