Meeting Time
Meeting point is at 9:15 am directly at the ArBär-Kinderland and the Thurnhofstüberl, directly at the toilet and the warmer room.
Equipment Rental
Ski equipment can be picked up daily from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm from our rental station at our office (Hauptstraße 39, 94252 Bayerisch Eisenstein).
Ski Pass
All children need a ticket for the ArBär-Kinderland, which is available at the lift ticket office.
My 6-year-old son had his first ski lesson at the Großer Arber ski resort. The instructors were very child-friendly and good at motivating the children.
What I didn't like so much was that the group was quite large on the first day, which meant the children often had to wait. Also, the instructors changed daily. However, this didn't bother my son, so in the end, it was fine for me too.
