These kids ski lessons in the beautiful Arlberg ski area are perfect for kids aged 5 to 11 who are ready to experience the fun of skiing for the first time in a safe and exciting way. Designed to be playful and engaging, these lessons help first-time skiers learn and make new friends in small groups of up to 10 kids. Through fun games and activities, beginners will quickly feel comfortable on the snow while staying energized and motivated.
The lessons take place in Hoppl’s Kinderland, a special area in Arlberg designed just for kids. This spacious and child-friendly zone is equipped with cool learning tools and practice areas suited to different skill levels. With features like conveyor belts, practice lifts, and a children’s carousel, there’s always something exciting to try. Kids can warm up in the Hoppl-Lounge or enjoy a ride on the Hoppl-Express, making it the perfect spot to begin their skiing journey.
Guided by professional and friendly ski instructors, first-time skiers will get familiar with their equipment and take their first steps on the snow in a safe and supportive environment. Moreover, they will do first gliding and coasting exercises and learn how to ski in a plough.
We meet in Nasserein in the kids‘ area by the Nassereiner lift (platter lift) or in St. Anton in the kids’ world by the green Hoppl flag (opposite the Gampen 4-seater chairlift), 30 minutes before the start of the lesson.
Your children can be cared for by the school during lunch (meals and lunchcare). You can book it directly on site.
First-timers do not need a ski pass for the first day of the lessons. The instructor will advise you when to buy the ski pass.
