About the Activity
What to Expect
These ski lessons in the stunning Arlberg ski area are ideal for teens aged 12 to 17 who are eager to try skiing for the first time in a fun and secure environment. Tailored to be both engaging and challenging, these lessons allow beginners to learn the basics of skiing while making new friends in small groups of up to 10. Through a mix of enjoyable activities and games, first-time skiers will quickly gain confidence on the snow, staying motivated and energized throughout the experience.
The lessons take place in practice areas equipped with excellent learning tools suited to different skill levels, as well as on gentle blue slopes that are perfect for beginners. Teens will have the chance to practice in a variety of environments designed to build their skills step by step.
Under the guidance of professional and friendly ski instructors, beginners will become familiar with their equipment and start with basic techniques like gliding and coasting. They will also learn how to control their speed and direction using the snowplough technique, all within a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Meeting Time
We meet in Nasserein in the kids‘ area by the Nassereiner lift (platter lift) or in St. Anton in the kids’ world by the green Hoppl flag (opposite the Gampen 4-seater chairlift), 30 minutes before the start of the lesson.
Lunch Care
We do not offer lunch care during the lunch break. However, the instructor will reserve a table, so the group can have lunch together. Please bring money if you want to buy lunch.
Ski Pass
First-timers do not need a ski pass for the first day of the lessons. The instructor will advise you when to buy the ski pass.

Switzerland · February 2025The ski course was simply great. My 11.5 year old son was on skis for the first time. The first ski instructor was quite unfriendly and had high expectations. On the first day he kicked my son out of the beginners group because he fell several times. From the second day onwards my son went to the other ski instructor, Tjerk. He is a great young man, from that day on everything went great, my son felt very comfortable in his ski group and in the end he was able to ski the blue piste without any problems and without falling. Thanks again to Tjerk. You are the best!!! We will come back to you next year.
