What should I wear for my lessons?
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
When should I collect my equipment?
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Do I need to wear a helmet?
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Where can I buy a ski pass?
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Do I need to book my lessons in advance?
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
Where is the meeting point?
We will meet at the top station Bergkastel on the booked time.
I'm a total beginner, can I still book?
Yes, the private lessons are suitable for all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced skiers. The instructor will tailor the lesson to your personal abilities and goals.
How many people can participate in a private lesson?
Up to 6 people can take part in a private lesson, as long as all participants have a similar skill level.
What will I learn during the private lessons?
The lesson is tailored to your individual needs. The instructor will focus on your personal strengths and weaknesses to help you improve your skiing technique and reach your goals.
