For the most beautiful winter sports, age is not an issue! Surrounded by the Tyrolean Alps, the fresh mountain air, and the snow-covered landscape, you will dive deep into the world of skiing without even noticing the effort.
In this course, adults of all ages are introduced to the pleasures of skiing in small groups with a maximum of 6 participants by our top qualified ski instructors. The group spirit that evolves over time is really helpful for the learning process, as you will motivate each other in order to get better and show courage. The main objective of this course is to maintain balance in gliding, turning, edge, loading and relieving. So, for sure, you will learn how to ski in plough, in a schuss and of course how to stop safely.
Meeting Time
On the first day of the course, we meet at our meeting point at the Nauders bottom station at the Übungslift 15 minutes before the start of the course.
After 30 years of abstinence from skiing, I dared to start over. After only 4 private lessons, I felt safe again and the fun of skiing was back. Many thanks to the patient ski instructor who gave me the crucial tips :-)
