What to Expect

In our kids ski lessons in the beautiful ski area of Ellmau Hartkaiser you can enjoy your holiday to the full while your children are supervised by us. The course is suitable for beginners aged 4 to 14 who want to start with winter sports.

At the beginning of the course, your children will be divided into small groups according to age and ability, as this way we can guarantee their safety and a fast learning progress. Our qualified children's ski instructors respond precisely to the needs of the group and accompany and support them in their first steps on snow. The children learn about snow sports and are brought closer to skiing step by step. After they have successfully mastered their first steps, they do exercises such as skiing in the plough or schussing.

A high and fast learning success as well as a lot of fun are guaranteed. Together with our mascot Ellmi, our team puts together a varied weekly programme and so the children can discover Ellmi's Kinderland at a young age. The large children's railing is equipped with several learning tools and fun teaching aids and is therefore a real paradise for the children.

In addition, the big highlight for every racer takes place on Thursday - the big final race. After each child has had a chance to show off their skills, Ellmi presents everyone with great prizes and certificates.

Meeting Time

We meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Hartkaiser mountain station. Please note that if you have booked equipment, we recommend collecting it as early as possible to ensure you arrive on time at the mountain station.

Course cards need to be picked up in office before the start of the lessons.

Lunch Care

If you are interested, it is possible to book the lunchtime supervision including meals at €14 per day directly on site.

Equipment Rental

If you book including equipment, you can conveniently pick it up at our rental shop (Kapellenweg 8). We recommend picking up your equipment the day before from 12 pm in our rental shop.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass before the first lesson at the ski lift ticket office or at the ski school. There is a special ticket for first timers.
