This self-guided tour is the right one for you if you want to relax but still don't want to miss the rafting fun. This section of the Neisse is mostly quiet but offers some small rapids that make the tour exciting.
Tour programme- Preparation:
On this tour you can paddle along the Neisse at your own pace and conquer some small rapids. We meet at our base, where you will find plenty of available parking. From there we will bring you and the boats to the starting point. Before you start, you will receive a safety briefing, a map for orientation and a life jacket.
- Tour:
Then you can start and explore the river on your own. After the start in Deschka you have to master three smaller heels. After about 2 hours you have to carry the boat around the Nieder Neundorfer Wehr. At the next weir, the Reisig Wehr, you will experience real rafting feeling, as well as a big rapid in front of Rothenburg. Then, you raft about 2 hours to the Bremenwerk, where you have to relocate the boat. After another 45 minutes you will reach the end of the tour in Lodenau.

From Lodenau you will be brought back to the meeting point, where a barbecue buffet is awaiting you.

It's a beautiful tour in itself – unfortunately, it has little to do with rafting and should really be called a paddling trip on the Neisse River. The rapids are rather slow, especially with the current low water levels.
I simply imagined something completely different and am therefore disappointed.

For Father's Day, we went on a boat rafting trip with eight people, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The weather was also beautiful. Unfortunately, our trip ended in Rothenburg, so we couldn't paddle all the way to Lodenau. As a small consolation, the staff treated everyone to a free beer. That was really great! 👍🏻
