Our short, self-guided tour from Grimma to Trebsen offers you paddling fun and provides the chance to do some sightseeing. With the kayak or the canadian you can experience this tour alone or together with friends in a unique way. The highlight is the impressive Trebsen Castle at the end of the tour. There you can enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant Schlossblick. At the end of August, one of the biggest paddle spectacles in Germany takes place on this route. Then hundreds of water sports enthusiasts meet here to master this route.
Tour programmeWe meet in Grimma at the Pöppelmann Bridge at the Volkshausplatz at the booked time. Parking is available directly at the entrance. At the starting point, you can start and enjoy the tour immediately. Along the way, you can stop at one of the beautiful rest areas. The tour ends in Trebsen at the left staircase directly at Trebsen Castle. We recommend you to walk or cycle the way back and forth to the entrance point along the Mulde. On request we can also organise a taxi ride for you in advance (not included in the price).
