Stand Up Paddling on the Adige in Val Venosta - River Tour

Just get out of everyday life and jump into the world of nature. We are surrounded by beautiful shore landscapes, apple meadows and in the distance, the mountains stretch upwards. On the SUP board we surf the flat waves of the Adige from Naturno to Rablà. Sufficient action and fun are guaranteed on these currents. This tour is suitable for our youth as well as for adults. With the complete equipment and our certified SUP instructors, you can fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Tour programme
- Preparation:
We'll meet at our base in Rablà. We are located on the left side of the river Adige directly next to the Val Venosta cycle path. After a welcome and a short introduction, you get the complete equipment and can already get ready for the tour. We take our transporter to the starting point in Naturno.
- Tour:
On-site, you receive an introduction for the safety on the water and the technique of the SUP. We start the tour kneeling on the board so that everyone can get used to the new feeling. Depending on your abilities it is possible to use eddy water or to install other elements. We exit the Adige directly at the base.
- Return:
There we have warm showers and you can enjoy the wonderful day at our beach bar. Volleyball and football courts are at your disposal at our base, as well as BBQ grills. At this moment, in order to remember these unforgettable memories, we will send you the pictures we took during the activity.
