Tour programme
We will meet you at the Arc Aventures - Base d'eaux-vives reception chalet, 10 minutes before the start of the session. After equipment, crew training and an initial briefing, you'll take the boat down to the river together. Grab your paddle and after a quick walk to the water, you'll be using it to devour the rapids and have the time of your summer. You can marvel at the mountains of the Tarentaise Valley and reach a comfortable speed to go through the Aime and Centron rapids. You will even pass through canyons, which will give you a complete overview of the region. After up to 2hrs spent on water, you will get a drive back to the base to enjoy a well-deserved rest!

Will this be too challenging if my group has never done it before?
This trip is suitable for both experienced rafters and beginners. Your certified guide will provide a briefing and training before you start. The Isère is a moderate Class II river.
Do I need to know how to swim, and is it safe for children?
Yes, you must know how to swim to participate. The minimum age for accompanied children is 12 years old (maximum 2 children per adult). From 14 years old, you can participate with just the guide.
What is included in the price?

What should I bring with me?
You should bring a sports bag, swimwear to wear under the wetsuit, a towel, and a glasses lace if you wear glasses.
