Rafting & Canyoning Combo in Bled

Do you want to make the most of your day in nature? Experience two exciting trips one after another! We will enjoy an experience a day full of fun and exploration during our rafting and canyoning adventure on one of the most beautiful rivers and canyons in Slovenia.

Tour programme
- Preparation:
We pick you up with our vans in the morning - either at the meeting point or at the accommodation (if within 15km radius of Bled town). It depends on your choice on which tour we do first. For the rafting tour, the van drive takes 5min, for canyoning 15-20min. You get the equipment at the respective entry point and change directly there.
- Tour:
Then a briefing takes place in order to be well prepared for the tour. During the rafting activity, an expert guide with years of experience and detailed knowledge of the river steers the boat and ensures a safe trip. He will also let you know when you have to paddle. In the canyon, you follow our experienced local guide who shows you from where you can jump and gives you advice for the abseiling.
- Arrival:
When we arrive at our final point, we change clothes before getting back on the bus. In between the tours you have a short amount of time to get some food so we usually suggest preparing something in advance.

Tour facts
Rafting:
- River: Sava Dolinka (difficulty level: class II-III)
- Description: The beautiful river flows through scenic alpine scenery which you can admire, as the rapids usually don’t get too strong. Rafting on the Sava Dolinka is not too challenging but a lot of fun.
- Route: We start 3km outside of Bled and finish next to the town Radovljica.
- Distance: 10km
- Total duration: 3h
- Time on the river: 1h30min - 2h

Canyoning:
- Canyon: Grmečica (difficulty level: moderate)
- Description: Grmečica means “thunder” and got its name from the sounds the river makes while winding through the narrow canyon. The gorge is unique with its very deep pools, the crystal clear water and its dark walls which create a special atmosphere.
- Total duration: 3-4h
- Time in the canyon: 2h
- Abseiling height: 5-8m
- Jump height: 10m (not obligatory)
- Slide length: 8m
