We meet at our base in Saint-Béat at the booked time. You will start by putting on your wetsuit in the changing rooms and familiarise yourself with the equipment.

Once you are ready, a small briefing from your state-certified guide will allow you to know how to behave on the water. We will then leave for an extraordinary adventure, which will alternate between rapids and calmer parts where you will be able to admire the landscape.
