Details
This beautiful route from the Bernese Oberland to the canton of Vaud is accessible to all, even if the river is wild. It leads us to two superb gorges: those of Vanel, situated 1 km before the village of Rougemont, and those of Gérignoz at the entrance of Château d'Oex. You will admire the magnificent landscape where the walls play with the light, creating shimmering magical reflections.
Tour programme
You arrive at our base at the scheduled time where you first have time to equip yourself (we have private facilities where you can change); a free car park is available on site. After the bus ride to the departure point, your guide gives you a theoretical introduction on safety. We start the descent with a small starting ramp that will not leave you unmoved. During our route we pass by two gorges, the second of which, located towards the end of the route, will make you experience river level IV. When arriving at our final point, you will be taken back to our base where a small aperitif with cheese tasting of the region is offered.

We are family of 6 from Israel that went out for canyoning with Jonathan. The adventure was great. Everyone enjoyed, starting with our yongest who is 12 years old through 20 years old daugther and us, 2 parents.
