Make your dream of flying come true! Our thermal flight over the summit of the Gerlitzen is a highlight for all panorama fans looking for that little extra bit of adventure. With good thermals, we circle upwards like a bird. Depending on the thermal conditions, we can reach up to 200 to 300 m above the summit. During the flight, you can enjoy the view of three different lakes, Ossiacher See, Wörthersee and Faaker See, from above. Tour programme- Meeting & Preparation:
You will meet your pilot at the Gipfelhaus on the Gerlitzen at the booked starting time.
- Start & Flight:
A briefing by the tandem pilot follows to prepare you for the flight. Then you can start: after a few steps against the wind, you are already in the air. You are in front of the pilot while tandem paragliding and can enjoy the breathtaking view to the fullest. The landing is as easy as the takeoff, after a few steps you gently touch the ground again.
- After Landing:
From the landing site, you will be taken back to the car park of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn lift.
