Netherlands Fantastic time. Our guide, Alex, was amazing. Really funny and informative, and took plenty of pictures for us. Although I was a little slow in preparation, he waited calmly and gave us an absolute blast. Lost my kayak to the river, Alex raced down the river to rescue it, and he joined us for some fun little activities in between our kayaking. Even recommended us a restaurant to go to which was fantastic too. Highly recommend it. Free parking too!
Germany We booked a kayak tour at short notice for the next day and were even lucky enough to have a tour just the two of us with our guide, Alex. It was our first time in kayaks, and despite some initial difficulties, we had a blast. Alex was patient with us and made us feel comfortable. The family kayak tour was perfect for beginners; it was pure adrenaline! The route also included short stretches where we could relax. We were provided with complete equipment, including shoes, life jackets, helmets, and a wetsuit that we could wear over our swimwear. We also really appreciated the photos Alex took of us and provided free of charge. A quick note for those who might find this important: there are currently no changing rooms or restrooms at the starting or finishing point, but these are planned for the starting point next year. However, you can always find a quiet spot in nature. ;)
