Dive Area You will dive in the roadstead of Villefranche-sur-Mer for the first part of the course. Then, you will go a little further, in deeper water, to become aware of your capacity. Programme The meeting point is directly at the dive centre where we will provide you with the equipment (fins, masks and wetsuit). If you arrive by car, parking is widely available nearby. Then, you will start your initiation on a beach in the bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer. Here, you will learn the preparatory ventilation for freediving and to feel the different phases of freediving. You will also learn how to swim in freediving. After the lunch break, you will be able to go for your first freediving session in the depths of the sea!
