FFESSM PE12 Diving Course in Sainte-Maxime for Beginners

Curious to meet multiple species of fish and to discover a new world? The FFESSM PE12 diving course is open to all and will allow you to learn all the basic diving techniques, in order to be able to dive to a maximum of 12 m. During the 3 dives of the course, you will learn how to prepare your equipment, how to immerse yourself in the water and also how to ascend safely. Dive with us into the Mediterranean Sea and open your eyes to see the wonders of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez! Enjoy the colourful aquatic landscapes formed by the local underwater flora. Our certified instructors will make you feel comfortable in the water and will share their knowledge with you so that you can improve very quickly!

Programme We will meet you at the diving club, where you will be provided with the necessary equipment. Then take the boat to the dive site and watch the Mediterranean coastline recede before your eyes. Finally, after a short briefing on the use of the equipment and an explanation of the basic diving techniques, jump into the water and let your instructor guide you!

Included services - Certified PADI diving instructor - High-quality diving gear (all you need for your dive: wetsuit, mask, fins, octopus, weights) - Scuba tank (200 Bar for all dives) - Dive computer - Hot drinks on the boat - Photos/Video (optional, on site) - Accompanying passenger on the boat (for a surcharge of €35: book directly with the dive centre, subject to availability)

Requirements - Minimum age: 12 years old - Physical health - Swimming ability - If you wear prescription glasses, you need to be comfortable wearing contact lenses

Bring along - Medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of scuba diving of less than one year - Swimsuit - Water bottle - Windbreaker jacket (depending on the weather)
