During the 3 dives of the course, you will learn how to prepare your equipment, how to immerse yourself in the water and also how to ascend safely.
Dive with us into the Mediterranean Sea and open your eyes to see the wonders of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez! Enjoy the colourful aquatic landscapes formed by the local underwater flora. Our certified instructors will make you feel comfortable in the water and will share their knowledge with you so that you can improve very quickly!
Programme
We will meet you at the diving club, where you will be provided with the necessary equipment. Then take the boat to the dive site and watch the Mediterranean coastline recede before your eyes. Finally, after a short briefing on the use of the equipment and an explanation of the basic diving techniques, jump into the water and let your instructor guide you! Each session lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes.
